- 10 points – Loss of pay period bonuses

🔹 1 Point Infractions
- Improper Introduction (Failure to say Name, Partner, Call is being recorded → no “head coach” phrasing).
- Forget to pause recording during credit card
- Medical Claims / Medication Discussion (e.g., “reverse diabetes,” “guaranteed 100 lbs loss” “What medications are you taking?”).
- Disclosed “We are not medical professionals” (follow DRC script to disclose this to the cx).
- Product Explanation (accurate: # of bottles, coaching, etc.).
- Pricing Accuracy (state correct price + total payment).
- Pitching PIF First (aways lead with paying in full)
- Offering Free Trials (Momentum Challenge)
- Clarity of Communication (client fully understands).
- Attendance (No-shows, late arrivals , or missed meetings).
